OPEN TO ALL REGISTERED SCOUTERS! NRA Basic Range and Safety Officer Course is designed to prepare experienced shooters to perform the basic duties of an RSO. Participants are encouraged to bring a Sack Lunch for Lunch as well as a Water Bottle. Light snacks will be provided.
